Coverage information updated September 4, 2026
Texas launch coverage
Agent eFile's initial court coverage is limited to Texas. Coverage is being introduced in phases and may vary by county, court, filing type, case type, and the electronic-filing platform used by the court.
Current coverage categories
Texas state courts
Selected state trial-court filing workflows may be supported as they are tested and released.
County-by-county rollout
Availability may differ among district, county, probate, family, and justice courts.
Not currently general coverage
Out-of-state and federal courts are not part of the initial Texas launch unless Agent eFile expressly confirms support.
How to confirm support
Send us the following information without attaching confidential case documents:
- Texas county;
- court name and court level;
- case type;
- filing type; and
- the filing platform, if known.
Request another Texas court
Coverage requests help us prioritize testing and expansion. A request does not guarantee availability by a particular date.
Deadline reminder
Supported coverage does not guarantee acceptance or on-time processing. You remain responsible for all deadlines, final submission, payment, confirmation, and rejection notices. Maintain an alternate filing method for urgent or time-sensitive matters.
